Engaging GenY in The Nonprofit Workplace
We love the straightforward advice from Ian David Moss in his blog posting on engaging Generation Y/Millennials in the workplace. It includes tips like:
- Have things for them to do on day one
- Give them challenging work that matters
- Give them face time with leaders
- Involve them in decision making
